On Thursday, August 29, 2024, LASK will face FCSB Bucharest in the second leg of the UEFA Europa League Play-Off. Kick-off is at 9:30 PM local time (8:30 PM CEST), and the match will take place at Stadionul Steaua. For all LASK fans traveling to Romania, we've put together a list of sightseeing spots. In addition, you'll find the most important information for your visit to the stadium.

Information for Visiting the Stadium

Tickets for the away section are only available in advance until August 28, 2024, 6:00 PM, at the fan shop located at Helmut-Köglberger-Platz. There will be no ticket sales on the day of the match at the stadium.

Stadionul Steaua is located in the Ghencea district. LASK fans will gather in the Old Town and from there, between 7:00 PM and 7:30 PM, they will make their way to the stadium via the subway. From Piața Unirii 1 station, fans will travel to Parc Drumul Taberei station, where they will be escorted to the stadium by a security detail from the Bucharest Gendarmerie.

The stadium gates will open at 7:00 PM, and Section 201 is reserved for away fans. Please note that Stadionul Steaua has a strict no-smoking and no-alcohol policy. Additionally, alcohol consumption in public places is generally prohibited in Bucharest. There will also be a kiosk where both cash and card payments are accepted. Important: Bucharest does not use the Euro; the kiosk in the stadium only accepts RON (Romanian leu; 1 RON = €0.20). The use of pyrotechnics is considered a criminal offense in Romania. If Austrian fans use pyrotechnics, they will be taken to the police station, where special measures will be enforced.
