Before the first derby of the season on September 14 against Blau-Weiß Linz, the first international break is on the schedule. Five players from the current LASK professional squad will be traveling with their national teams during this period.

Maksym Talovierov

This summer, the defensive player was already part of Ukraine's squad for the European Championship finals in Germany and the Olympic Games in Paris. Now, the 24-year-old has been called up again for his home country's senior national team. Talovierov, who has earned four caps so far, will face Albania in Prague on September 7 and the Czech Republic on September 10 as part of the UEFA Nations League.

Tomas Galvez

The Manchester City loanee also has two Nations League matches ahead of him. The 19-year-old left-back will play with the Finnish team against Greece in Athens on September 7, and three days later, he will face England in the same city. Galvez, originally from London, has earned three caps for Finland so far.

Valon Berisha

Valon Berisha is a well-established member of the Kosovar national team. The LASK midfielder has already made 40 appearances for the senior team, which kicks off its Nations League campaign with a home game against Romania on September 6. On September 9, the 31-year-old and his team will travel to Cyprus.

Marin Ljubičić

The LASK striker has scored six goals in his last eight appearances for Croatia's U21 national team. After a win and a loss, Ljubičić and his teammates will play home matches in their qualification campaign for the 2025 U21 European Championship—first against the Faroe Islands on September 5 and then against Portugal five days later.

Lukas Jungwirth

Our partnership player, gaining match experience at Admira Wacker and recently part of the LASK squad for the Europa League in Bucharest, is once again included in Austria's U21 national team. Coach Werner Gregoritsch's team will play a crucial European Championship qualifying match in Bosnia & Herzegovina on September 6, followed by a friendly against U21 European champions England in Luton three days later.

Six LASK Players in Youth National Teams

As reported, four LASK players - Christoph Breinesberger, Jonas Ilk, Fabian Schillinger, and Jakob Wanker - have been called up to the ÖFB U18 training camp in Lindabrunn. Additionally, Paulo Gmeiner and Ryan Rodriguez will be with the U17 team for a doubleheader against Finland.
