As in the first international break in September, a quintet from LASK's professional squad is once again heading off on international duty. Maksym Talovierov, Tomas Galvez, Valon Berisha, Marin Ljubicic, and Lukas Jungwirth have all been called up to their respective national teams, along with several youth players.

Maksym Talovierov
As in previous training camps, as well as the European Championship and the Olympic Games, Maksym Talovierov has once again been called up to the Ukrainian national team. The defensive player and his team will face Georgia in the UEFA Nations League this Friday in Wroclaw, followed by a match against the Czech Republic at the same venue three days later.

Tomas Galvez
Tomas Galvez has two home games ahead with the Finnish national team. In the Nations League, the Scandinavians, featuring the LASK left-back, will host Ireland on Thursday, followed by a clash against Euro runners-up England on Sunday. Galvez has already earned four caps for Finland.

Valon Berisha
Kosovo collected three points in their first two Nations League matches, and now Valon Berisha and his teammates will face Lithuania on Saturday and a week later a rematch against Cyprus. Kosovo won the first match against Cyprus 4-0 away from home.

Marin Ljubicic
Marin Ljubicic has become a key player for Croatia's U21 national team. The LASK striker has scored in six of the last seven qualifying matches, playing a major role in keeping his team’s chances alive for second place in the group, which would secure at least a playoff spot for the 2025 European Championship. Croatia’s final two group-stage matches will be against Andorra and Greece.

Lukas Jungwirth
Lukas Jungwirth made his debut for Austria’s U21 national team in a friendly against England last September, coming on in the closing minutes. Austria currently sits third in Group H of the European Championship qualifiers, with two matches remaining. On Friday, they will host group leaders Slovenia in Wiener Neustadt, followed by a trip to second-place France, who are two points ahead.

Valon Berisha is in action with Kosovo in the UEFA Nations League.

Entrup on Standby

The Austrian national team will be in action on Thursday and Sunday at the Raiffeisen Arena in Linz, facing Kazakhstan and Norway in crucial UEFA Nations League matches. Maximilian Entrup, who was part of the European Championship squad this summer and recently scored his first goal for LASK against Austria Klagenfurt, is on the standby list.

The youth national teams are also packed with LASK players: Christoph Breinesberger, Jonas Ilk, Jakob Wanker, and Fabian Schillinger represent Linz in the U18 squad, while Paulo Gmeiner and Ryan Rodriguez are part of the U17 national team. The U15 squad includes six LASK players: Nathan Simo, Noel Dorotka, Finn Grussovar, Marius Teufel, and Matthias and Samuel Hartl.
